The Factory Cat sanitation series is available in three different platforms, 13, 21 and 30. They range in scrub path width from 17 to 34 inches. The machines include hygienic tanks, an on-board chemical fogging system and the O3+ chemical free cleaning technology. The on-board fogger has a range of 15 feet from the machine. It is an excellent sanitizing tool to go along with the floor scrubber. The O3+ system is a proven oxidizing system. It also does not use as much water as conventional scrubbing. These machines are ideal for food grade applications. They provide an operator with a productive way to sanitize production equipment, hand railing and other high traffic areas. All Factory Cat scrub decks are protected by steel guards and large polyurethane rollers to keep the unit from marking walls. New to the Mini HD unit is enhanced vacuum motor protection box. This new design makes it almost impossible to flood the vacuum motor with water and debris. This new feature will reduce the cost of ownership on the Mini HD as vacuum motors are a common item for replacement. -

The Central Command II systems on all of our Rider machines include: a LCD readout, on-board machine diagnostics, and 3 different hour meters. Also, if machine batteries become too discharged, the GTX automatically shut down all systems except "transport", enabling the operator to still make it back to the charge station. -

The Factory Cat model 34 Walk Behind Sweeper is the machine that built our company. A Industrial Sweeper famous for its ability to survive decades in the harshest applications: including mines, brick manufacturing and rugged steel mills. Designed almost 25 years ago, this floor sweeper can sweep through thick saw dust found in furniture manufacturing plants and the dust in paper mills. Bulk powder packaging clients with concrete powder or copier toner like its sweeping power without it blowing dust everywhere. The battery powers the sweeper for over 4 hours on a single charge and the sweeping broom is self adjusting for wear. -

Factory Cat's Industrial floor sweepers can pick up whole bags of cement at a time without leaving a trace of dust behind. All Factory Cat scrub decks are protected by steel guards and large polyurethane rollers to keep the unit from marking walls. New to the Mini HD unit is enhanced vacuum motor protection box.
