PowerBoss has MERV 17 rider sweepers that comply with the OSHA dust control standards. The filtration system on the sweeper must be 99% efficient to 0.3 micron. A 0.3 micron at 99% efficiency requires a MERV 17 dust filter to comply. PowerBoss MDC sweepers offer a productive method of sweeping with maximum dust control. The Atlas MDC sweeper has on demand HEPA filtration. This allows the operator to use the extra filtration when needed to conserve the life of the heap filter. The MDC also offers a fully vacuumized side broom option to eliminate any dust from edge sweeping. This feature does not need water misting. Easy Two Button Hydraulic 60″ High Dumping: The squeegee and hopper raise and lower switches can function at one time to raise and lower or independently for maintenance purposes. After raising, simply open the dump door. Easy Access: The operator can raise the hopper to remove the access for to easily inspect the hopper. The hydraulic quick view squeegee allows the operator to raise the squeegee to an ergonomic level to easily make adjustments or change the squeegee. A large drain hose provides quick and clean draining of the dirty water. Two large doors at the top of the tank and one 4″ access cap provide easy access for washing the recovery tank free of sediment. Quick View Squeegee: The squeegee tilts up for squeegee adjustments or changes to be made quickly. This feature also allows for daily inspection and clog removal to be performed easily. Edge Scrub: The optional heavy duty edge scrub allows the operator to clean close to walls and rack rows. If contact is made the assembly collapses underneath the machine momentarily then resumes it’s normal position. The edge scrub assembly retracts underneath the machine when not in use. The scrub deck is made is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum casting. The direct Brush Release System (BRS) allows brushes to be changed quickly.The Phoenix 3330 covers 45,208 sq. ft. per hour. Easy-to-understand controls ensure that the machine is simple to operate. The 30 gallon recovery tank is easy-to-clean and hygienic while the Anti-Foam System (AFS) protects the vacuum motor from damage. An on-board charger is convenient and allows the machine to be charged anywhere. As an added safety feature, when the on-board charger is plugged in, the machine is not operable.
